Back in Motion Group Class

Our Back In Motion class is a pilates and yoga based class that will keep you mobile, improve posture and help you manage pain. This 45-minute session encompasses a combination of pilates-based core, full body and mobility exercises. It is designed to keep you moving within a pain-free range and maintain mobility. Our class size is capped at 6 so you can get the supervision you need. This class is perfect for:

  • Chronic back pain management and maintenance 

  • People with a history of core strength training

  • People who enjoy pilates or yoga 

  • Athletes with mobility and flexibility goals

Cost: $30 (per class)

*Group Intake 1:1 Appointment (new clients): $57.50

Time: Thursdays 6:30-7:15 am & 9:30-10:15 am (Bookings Essential)

If you have not seen one of our practitioners at START before and would like to participate in this class, please book a ‘Group Intake Appointment’ with one of our Exercise Physiologists prior to attendance for a 1:1 pre-exercise safety screening and goal setting session.
