Crossfit Series 2.0 – Biceps Tendinopathy

A common consideration related to shoulder pain in crossfit is the overload of the long head of biceps tendon. This usually occurs due to poor stability overhead, discrepancy in pectoral fibres and ongoing poor scapular control. Due to the dominance of chest based movements in crossfit, it’s quite easy to overload the anterior capsule.
