Introducing our first video from Lisa Campbell! This is the first in a series of videos about crossfit training. This episode is all about shoulder pain and common shoulder niggles.

Shoulder pain is quite common in crossfit and usually occurs due to weak musculature around the shoulder joint. This video is an introduction to problematic positions of the shoulder that can cause injury due to instability or weakness. It is specific to common crossfit movements that cause the most pain and how athletes can counteract these through strengthening, and mobility.
